If Current rankings where to hold to the 3rd. round the matchups would be:
East : (4) Scott @ (1) Boyle / (3) Wayne @ (2) Johnson Central
West: (4) Franklin Simpson @ (1) Franklin County / (3) Moore @ (2) Madisonville North Hopkins

* Central over Franklin County will mix it all up.
* Corbin could play spoiler with a win over Wayne.
* Who knows who will come out of the district 1 (Hopkinsville, Logan, and Madisonville North Hopkins)
All other districts I feel will stand.

Based upon this information if it stays chalk the semi state will be....

Madisonville @ Boyle Co
Johnson Central @ Franklin Co

However JC still has to play @ Belfry and Franklin Co still has to play Great Crossing. I could see Johnson Central's RPI going up and Franklin County's RPI going down before the end of the regular season. This would make Franklin Co travel to JC in the semi's.
