There are two big reasons this keeps happening:
1. Parents don't punish their kids anymore
2. There is too much violence in video games and television.
When I was growing up you never saw these things happen. I was'nt allowed to watch anything on television unless it had a G or PG rating...and the only video games we had was Mario, Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. I blame the parents of these kids more so than the kids themselves. It all starts at home. If they are raised with morals, principals and respect, you would not see things like this happen.
