This game was scheduled a couple years back. At the time this Breathitt team was on paper going to be one of the weakest teams in program history. So the schedule was made with that in mind. Don't want to get blown out every week. But Breathitt received some very good transfers and some players developed much better than projected at the time schedule was made.

As far as 8 on 8. It was my understanding that Jenkins only had like 13 players or so. Apparently several quit in last couple weeks.
Jenkins offered to forfeit but that would have costed them gate and consession money. so coach Moore being the stand up guy he is agreed to play 8 on 8. Class move by Moore in my opinion.
