Not to say that there is no truth at all in political arguments, but I pity people who claim to base their opinion solely on political grounds. The fact is Republicans DO tend to base their beliefs on the conservative argument, which has traditionally been more closely aligned with God's tenets. Meanwhile the Dem's foolhardy adoption of separation of Church and State, along their insistent push to eliminate all ties and reference to the authority on which the founders based our system of self governance, has delivered nothing but chaos in DC, and therefore just about everywhere else in the US. And even more profoundly dishonorable, while insisting on the mass murder of the innocent, they cater to the so-called poor, and makes them feel righteous. I don't buy it.
