With the cross-bracketing they will play the Scott County/Frederick Douglas district in the first 2 rounds then the Covington Catholic/Highlands district in the semi-finals.

Playoffs are different now. First two rounds are inner district. Then 1-4 on east ranked 1-4 on west ranked and they play to get one from the east and one from the west.
