My understanding is that is up to Moreno. I’ve been told Dr. has released him to play and Physically he is good to go and has been for a couple weeks. Mentally, he is afraid to get hurt again.

Probably smart on his part. Don't think for a second that several of the colleges he has offers from, would back out in a second if he broke it again, because they would think it was a issue that will come up a lot. Even though he's never really been hurt that I'm aware of.
