Or the kids need to buy into his system and pull the rope the same way. Have no clue what's going on up there but if everyone gets on the same page I can see Montgomery County finishing strong, it's not always the coaches fault, might be in this case or not but just everyone get on the same mind set and finish strong is what I say.
