I noticed it quoted the AD or Principal as saying because of his parent's professions as well. Looking at the names on the lawsuit, the attorney is also named as the plaintiff for the player. On occasion I've seen an attorney be listed as the plaintiff in these type of cases, but normally it's the child's parents. So, it makes me wonder if the attorney is the father of the child, or is he just filing on behalf on him.
