Today, Wednesday October 24th, is National Bologna Day!!!!!

IMO, bologna is the world's most perfect meat. So, please enjoy some bologna today!

If you choose to fry bologna today, please don't cut slits in it to keep it from cupping up in the middle. It was meant to cup up, and beside, this allows the bologna to hold melted cheese perfectly.
