The Mighty Hornets continue to improve every game. 5-3 is impressive considering this program, not long ago, barely got enough kids out to field a team, literally. Coach Jones is the best thing to happen to Phelps football in many, many years! Their wins may not be against powerhouses but Phelps is winning and that's all that matters right now. That statement win is coming soon. I can feel it! Keep "Stinging" the competition Hornets!
