I think this is a good thing. Kids should not be held back just to play sports. I just wonder how many kids the schools that normally hold them back year after year will be holding them back now. The only think I think they should change is where they cant play in the county tourney. I think if a kid is held back, then the second year of the same grade they should not be allowed to play at all.
