[Panther Pride]

I normally don't Put much thought into these Discussion that take place on these Threads. Honestly I’m Just a parent who religiously Logs in Hopes to see someone Mention My Sons Name. I know how excited I Get I’m sure my Son Does the Same. Sometimes I play detective and Go through His Phone ( as I’m sure many Parents Do). I see the countless Screen Shots When his name Or team is Mentioned. We As Fans Liberate these kids With our Encouragement. Even at Times Constructive Criticism can bring things to life and Spark the Drive in a players heart. However it Kills my soul When people Jump on the Band Wagon in June, July , and August while the wagon is still under construction. They stay on the Wagon then want to jump ship if a wheel gets Loose. This Panther wagon is constantly under construction and it’s constantly Moving. Parts will become weak , parts will break, at times parts will Fail. However as a Parent and Panther Fan I will Ride this Wagon till it Rolls into Kroger Field or Gets Put back in The Barn at Hambley !!!! We arm Chair quarter backs wear are thumbs out 365 days a year as these “ Kids “ put in the Work.
The last Two weeks These Panthers have played some Great Quality teams. They kept it close and had their Chances ( Last night down to the Last Snap ). Win or Loose these Kids Live and Breath Football. Regardless of how the season Plays Out one thing is for sure, One day this Year I will Watch My Son Take his Last Snap in A panther uniform. It will be just as painful as the Day I put him down not knowing I’d never pick him up again. When that Day Comes if the Wagon is Still Rolling I’ll be on it. However if there comes a time and Every Wheel on it Falls off I’ll be the first to Jump Off.....Hopefully others will Jump off as Well, to help Pick these Panthers Up.
