Sounds like you've never been around a school that's won one - banners, trophies, road signs, parades - pretty much the same.
Cumberland won two girls All A titles and Harlan won two boys All A titles - I couldn't tell any difference in football Class A titles except the KHSAA isn't on the trophy.
Classes would ruin basketball in Kentucky - I don't see it happening and don't think it's any closer than it was in 1975.
