I like the super regional idea like you said. Everyone plays each other once and you rank based off of that.
I think districts should change in the 13th region. Makes no sense why you have Williamsburg with two 5A’s and a soon to be 4A. Then you have Knox Central with three 1A’s. No reason why KC and Williamsburg shouldn’t switch. I’m sure Williamsburg would be fine with a longer drive if it meant they’d be going to region more often in various sports.
