That's exactly the problem with people. "I remembering hearing....!"
You weren't in the locker room, you weren't in film sessions, you weren't in coaches meetings. Do you remember that the best receiver was injured the majority of the year. Did you know there when receivers were running wrong routes and being chewed out in meetings. Other receiver suspended multiple games, line battling injuries, QB had mono and lost 20 lbs two weeks before season started.
But you heard.........."they abandoned the offense because of the QB."
How about they changed the offense because the line was battling injuries, the receivers couldn't grasp routes and the QB was inexperienced do to the fact that the year before they had to fight for their lives to beat mediocre teams, therefore the starter had to play every down until the last minute clicked off the clock. Not to mention they had a helluva a running back in Nick Kendall.
I am Highlands through and through and the idiocracy of your statement is so typical of people that "heard" something. The fort thomas mafia makes any excuse they can to defend why they don't win. QB, Coach, etc...
The kid actually finished the season in the top 15 in the state in passing.
I am a firm believer that the QB should take all the blame for a loss and give all the credit to his team for a Win.
Clean your Bird Googles off and know what you are talking about vs. "i remember hearing".......BTW the majority of the Fort Thomas fan base can't acknowledge they are not the best and make any excuse possible to defend the fact that they "might not have the talent level they have had in the past." Therefore, blame Coaches, players, anyone they can, to defend their "narrow minds".

You talk about excuses and then you proceeded to make several as justification for THE biggest problem. How do you know where I was? Top 15 in the state in what exactly, interceptions? The 2014 team played mediocre teams? Are you kidding me?
