^^ The fact that you made this argument proves you can grasp at least some, of the fundamental concepts of our founding. Of course not that Republicans are completely principled in such matters either, but there is that particular failing in which you deny Republicans completely, while you falsely ascribe those lofty principles to liberal/progressive Democrats. Had you for example, made this argument during the Obama administration it would have been spot on. But no, you sat on your hands for assumedly 8 years, and certainly since your emergence as Sombrero, exclaiming, "That's politics folks!" Making every possible concession for Obama that you could, and that often in the face of irrefutable and incontrovertible proof otherwise. I mean, if the President tried to hide 33 emails, much less 33.000 emails, your side would be howling like a pack of werewolves.

To say the President of the United States, should the behavior of some federal official become erratic or destructive to the best interests of the people, could not summarily dismiss such employee at his own pleasure is in a word, asinine. The left's efforts to make federal agencies unaccountable to the executive branch, would also make said agencies and their personnel unaccountable to the people of the United States. So while you're continually on-point as if you could sniff out some failing on the part of DJT on your own, you're MORE than willing to lay smoke for Barack and his merry band of rabid chipmunks.
