Balance of Powers is THE foundational, fundamental cornerstone of our system of government. President Trump’s legal team’s absolute powers reasoning won’t hold. To say that the President has a “broad range of powers” does not mean he or she has absolute power, or a sort of infallible power that cannot be reprimanded or punished if used maliciously.
