Political Dissent Grounds for Loss of Citizenship?

Should she have been deported as unamerican?

Examples could take hundreds of posts.

Political dissent is protected speech. If the flag isn’t flying as symbol of that, we might as well burn it because it does not symbolize the highest ideals of this nation any more. Or, just a place where carrying a Bible, driving a truck, listening to Toby Keith, and tearing up at the sound of “Proud to be an American” have “trumped” a genuine understanding of this nation’s highest-common-denominator founding principles.

^^ Genuine understanding? Ludicrous. Our country was not founded upon any highest common denominator principle. Which BTW if libs eventually DO get their way would be a socialist system like Venezuela.

The founding principles of our representative form of self governance sets forth for example, equality of opportunity. That principle establishes the ‘common good’ and though I will admit that in the case of the braindead, common good does sorta sound like common denominator, the two concepts are diametrically opposed to one another.

In highest common denominator rule one gets government forced redistribution of wealth, Socialism. And I can’t think of a more perfect way to illustrate where the liberal revisionists are actually taking us. Using our own government against the people libs would, as we saw under the Obama administration, divide that which hard working Americans have earned in this land of opportunity, and give it to the Democrat’s voting base. A base which is populated by illegal immigrants, minorities and all sorts of special interest groups including those beset by an addiction to unnatural sexual deviancies.

Now. Rosa Park’s decision to oppose bus company policy WAS NOT based in politics. THE CHURCH, functioning as it should as moral arbiter, had given Rosa the proper perspective along with the moral authority she needed to make her stand. But even though history records a bloody civil war on the matter, and one which was in no small degree caused by Dems whom had refused to relent on issues of slavery for purely political and exploitive financial reasons; Succeeded in making the whole thing political. Waxing revisionist and began a successful propaganda campaign to blame Republicans for the very ills they themselves had just committed.
