Paintsville is goina need more than one to be able to beat Pikeville, Hazard, or Raceland. A few years ago they got Belcher and the burner from Huntington and it wasnt enough. The Rams will be much better offensively this year and the defense will likely be just as good as it was last year. I think its Racelands district to lose.

Paintsville will also be better than they were last year. Let’s not forget that last year Paintsville was about 10 yards from a potential FG to force OT and had 100% of the momentum. Raceland scored 17 points in the first half and maybe had 17 yards in the second half of offense.

Paintsville returns a very solid core on both sides.
