Losing Scott County hurts 6A overall. Frederick Douglass was a fresh new addition and now 5A gets them. This hurts competition in 6A as well and gave Fayette schools a new target to aim for.

Picking up Fern Creek is a positive for 6A. Losing Seneca and Jeffersontown is a positive for those schools. This opens up Trinity, Eastern, and Ballard schedules for better/different opponents.

Oldham County may be in a better place district wise but now they have to deal with a larger elephant in the room. Their coaches are familiar with Trinity.

Marshall County rejoining 6A is a good thing for region 1.

Happy the final four re-seeding was put off. This will be very tricky down the road and I believe the Commish should let the rotation play out as it has recently.
