Taylor County traded East Jessamine and Mercer for Glasgow and Casey Co. Not sure how that could be considered much better. If anything that district would be more difficult.

Mercer and EJ are both better than Glasgow and Casey. Glasgow is not the smallest team in that district, I believe. And, aside from the last 2 seasons, Casey hasn't really had much sustained success. I'm not saying they aren't good, but they aren't that far removed from being pretty bad. And, in a community like that, it's hard to keep a consistent level of success at a county school.

I should have included Casey in the group of schools who should be happy, because the last 2 seasons they would have been much more likely to beat Glasgow than Corbin.

But, I still stand by my Taylor County statement. I'd rather have Glasgow and Casey, over Mercer and EJ.
