No offense to phelps or Fulton, but I would say that half of the people on the opposite side of the state have never heard of them or don't know where they're located if they have.

I totally agree that Paducah and Pikeville are much bigger cities.

Phelps and Fulton aren't known to most people outside of their immediate area.
