"From Phelps to Fulton." Not "From Pikeville to Paducah."

Pulp Fiction Wrote:We've all heard the saying "From Pikeville to Paducah". Before I get the eye roll emoji or something like that, I'm bringing this up because we are finally at district tournament time. So if you hear somebody say this, you'll know their wrong and you can politely give them the accurate information or just let it go knowing their wrong. Doesn't matter, it's your choice. I'm not using the schools closest to a state line, but the farthest schools, East to West, on the map. From the Mississippi River to the point where Virginia & West Virginia meet the tip of Pike County.

Phelps is the farthest high school in the Eastern part of the state.
Fulton County is the farthest high school in the Western part of the state.

If memory serves me correctly, Dawahares used this slogan in their advertising campaigns.

You need a new hobby. lol
