Based on their resumes, Holland has to be #1 with Spurlock second and alot of other guys fighting to make the list.  Lively did a great job in his first year, but would need to prove himself for another year or two to even be in the converstaion.  Danny Wright from lee would probably be my #3 with the way his team has improved over the course of his tenure.  Tim Sizemore would , also, be right there as he has taken the Eagles to the regional finals and semi-finals in his two seasons.
