So, why do we seed the districts? If we are against seeding the regional and state tournaments to give the small schools more of a chance. Shouldn't this also hold true for the districts as well? A blind district draw would give the Harlans, Williamsburgs, Sayres and Red Birds a much better chance of advancing most years.

By the way, I don't think districts serve much of a purpose anymore. Skip the districts and have 16 seeded regional tournaments.
