I'm amazed at how well JC players took the loss. There's a picture of Kyle Rice in the paper, who played his final high school game in Rupp Arena, smiling as he walked off the court after his team got beat by 19. It's gotta be heartbreaking to lose, but that team had nothing to be ashamed of. That is great, Rice has had a great career at JC, and you like to see that from a kid. He just played his final game of his high school career in an arena where tons of kids dream of playing. He's got a great attitude on the ball court and leads his team. They played their hardest, but J-Town was just more athletic than JC from what it sounded like. Congrats to Coach Starns and the Eagles on a great season. Good luck next year.
