Personally I feel like working with the same ones make for better crews. You know what the other guys are going to do and it helps the crew be more consistent. The crew I worked on had a weak head linesman and a weak umpire. But the white hat, back judge and me realized this and covered up their mistakes a lot.:biglmao:

Yea I’m with you on the crew part. You’ll get more consistency that way. I also think you’ll more accountability that way too
