But winning a Regional Tournament means playing and winning when it counts, which Central did. I really don't buy the conspiracy theory that I've seen implied in other places that they somehow managed to pay to have the draw work out in a certain way. They beat the three teams they had to beat. They got it done. I don't think any team in the 15th Region could really have competed much better with the size and the speed of Jtown. I think, looking back at the predictions, that JC did a great job. They stayed within 19 when some people predicted they'd lose by 30 points or more. People were hopeful but come on, they weren't expected to win. So I think it's fair to give them credit for playing the best game they could and never giving up. They kept playing hard right until the final buzzer.
