This may be one of the best defensive backfields we have ever had. They are pretty good against the pass.

It's hands down the best we have had since 12, with Messer, Dixon, Christian, and Young. They are playing really well against the stretch plays as well. Offensively, Hunter Lacks is slowly but surely bringing our run game to the next level. His combo of strength, speed, and vision, is what we have been lacking. Damon needs to calm down in the pocket and tuck and run instead of forcing throws. Wish he would trust his feet more. He looked great tonight when he did. Love that he is keeping his vision down field though. Really good performance over all by the Rams. Also liked seeing us kick the field goal when we stalled around the redzone.

Grizzle is building things the right way in GC. I'm sure this loss is hard on him, but I know they have Ashland circled in red. Love Scott's composure on the sidelines. He has a bright future. I don't think Greenup is as bad as some may come away thinking they r, just looking at this score. Our secondary was lights out and our front 7 looked like a different bunch tonight. Things are still a ways off if we want to be a contender in the region, but things are getting better every week. Defense is pretty stout right now. Interested to see how we do on the road trip to Valley.
