6 coaches have come and gone since the last winning season at Dunbar in 2005. That's 12 years since Dunbar has had a winning season, heck even a guy with State Championship rings couldn't have a winning season there. Maybe, just maybe it has to do with more than coaching. Hard to turn that kind of mentality around in just 1 season, not to mention the new school pulling several kids. If it's bothering you that bad go have a meeting with him and an administrator and line out exactly whats wrong and how to fix it. Please make sure you take that picture in with you, then explain the correct posture he should have so that everyone in the stands knows he is thinking about the next play while the previous play is still going. If you are a previous coach or wish to be one I hope that you have taken extra precautions to remain anonymous because it may be difficult for you to find a coaching job after these post.
