Sadly, I feel that until all middle schools football teams are told to participate in the kymsfa, like the high schools, the punishment side is really controlled by the teams football conference. I know that jcps has its own set of rules that are in line with the khsaa/kymsfa and punish accordingly as was seen last year with a JCPS team being removed from playoffs for a violation of league rules.
