It's not that simple. If a L-ville. Lex./GTown/Richmond, NKY area public school can't win it with the players they have year in and year out, ain't nobody gonna do it.
I could see a span of about 8-10 years where a few schools go back about forth of being on top. After 38 seasons, something needs to change.
