But post-season play makes everybody 0-0.

Updated 6/1. The Regional champions are noted, some regions haven't played their title game yet. Some of the teams had the best record in their region, but didn't win their tournament.

Region 3: Muhlenberg County; 27-9 (Champions)
Region 4: Franklin-Simpson; 31-5 (Champions)
Region 5: Marion County; 26-6 (Champions)

Region 6: PRP; 35-5 (not played yet)
Region 7: Trinity; 31-5-2 (not played yet)

Region 8: Simon Kenton; 24-15 (Champions)
Region 9: Covington Catholic; 27-8 (didn't advance)
Region 10: Campbell County 29-6-1 (didn't advance)
Region 11: Scott County; 32-7-1 (Champions)
Region 12: Boyle County; 27-11 (Champions)

Region 13: Corbin; 25-8 (didn't advance)
Region 14: Hazard; 29-8 (not played yet)
Region 15: Johnson Central; 31-7-1 (Champions)
