Dayton (24-18) took the first game of the double header by the count of 7-3. Akron (19-23) would take the night cap.
In this one Dayton used the long ball to get the win.

Kooper Vertz(Dilsboro, Ind. / South Dearborn HS | Lake Land College 2-3 took the loss.
