From what I have seen he may be exactly what PT needs to at least get the ship righted and pointed in the right direction.
Respected guy, level headed, builds it the right way.
Will this live up to the delusions of grandeur that Tilghman is suddenly going to become a dominant program? Not sure... but I do think at the very least he will bring much needed stability, discipline, and direction and even if Tilghman just "gets back to normal" that is a pretty darn good place to be as a program.
