Rep Adam Schiff (D) CA struggled to maintain his aura of faux decorum as he attempted to put a happy face on the news. It seems that after Mr Obama extended his hand to the victorious Trump, he then gave him a good hard backside, as the incoming transition team was 'monitored.' And as anybody knows, one thing they were good at was monitoring.
