Coach Crider is a good man and will make a great coach if everyone will be patient with him. What I have seen from him that is a good distance away, but I'm seeing a person that is leading players in a manner of what a coach should be. A coach first, role model, parent, father figure, and a leader. He may not be a coach that has great X's & O's ability yet, but he will. I think Williamsburg has finally found a coach that will take an interest in his job of coaching.
