Yes and the Eatern Ky schools are going to keep declining due to loss of jobs. Sad but true. Powell and Estill are in the middle so it's not has hard on them to drive for jobs. However since coal has gone out its made it bad on other jobs also. I hate seeing the mountains go down hill but that's what it is coming to.
