Powell played well last night and Wolfe County did not. Basketball is pretty simple. When you make shots you usually win.
And Napier and Bloom made shots all night for Powell. And Wolfe County didn't make their open shots. Not rocket science. Wolfe has a good team as well as Powell. Both teams will be a tough out come regional time for someone.
These 2 teams will play again on Wolfe County senior night. Wolfe has 2 seniors that play for them and Powell has 6 that play for them. So it will be a big game for Wolfe.
Win last night makes Powell 2-5 in the last 4 years against Wolfe County. Not to bad for Wolfe considering Powell is twice the size of Wolfe. Lol
