I was in attendance for this one.

Phelps started out hot, in fact they never lost the lead. Build up a big 33-17 lead @ the half.

PCC played much better in the 2nd half of this one but it was just too little, too late and Phelps hung on to victory.

Folks, the 60th District is wide open this season.
