Who picks the coaches?

I doubt the super picks the coach... the super, the principle, ad don't teach the kids discipline, blocking, tackling and fundamentals... the high ups don't put the product on the field, coaches do. Maybe The guy they hired was the best they could get.... I doubt there was a stack of applications to go thru given the situation all in eastern Ky is in... enrollment is way down, and no jobs... Look at Breathitt. They had jus as much tradition as Bell, same problems... enrollment down, state came in, no jobs.. and the sports program suffers. Everything Breathitt had worked for from 1994-2008 has gone down the drain....
