just home cooking by refs like when they blocked our end into ur punter one called blocking in the back another called roughing the kicker. knowing good and well if blocking in the back happens roughing the kicker couldn't have or shouldn't have. yeah those are illegal hits i guess. we never had one even get threw out of the game idk where u got ur info but keep on keeping on with it i guess
