The press was against Romney and McCain, but in those cycles, they at least put up a pretense of objectivity. The magnitude of misrepresentation, distortion and out right lies from the press in this cycle have no comparison in any cycle in my lifetime. The entire political press has descended to the level of tabloid journalism. They are overt propaganda tools that have been purchased by the 1% ers and establishment interests that Trump threatens.

I hope the next ISIS attack is in the beltway.

2008 was the first election I voted in and even though I voted McCain, I remember 2012 especially because I followed it a lot more. The press was probably more biased for Obama when they were for Hillary. I do agree with you that the press has descended to the level of tabloid journalism and is a complete joke. Yes, they are biased against Donald Trump, but he has given them a smoking gun at times. See his Twitter and some of the content he posts on there. There are times that he is attacked and it is propaganda, but there are also times when he brings the heat on himself.
