Regardless of what did or did not happen in the locker room and beyond, and regardless of what is real bullying or just whining, the bottom line is that Coach Graham was fired because he failed to take MULTIPLE allegations seriously. If a player reports a bullying incident to a coach (or a teacher) that coach/teacher has a responsibility BY LAW to report the accusation to the next person up in the chain of command (immediate supervisor....in this case, the AD). This releases the coach/teacher from any repercussions and puts the burden on someone higher up the ladder.

*side note - Not sure how they conduct practices, but for 20 players to sustain concussions with most occurring in practices, this makes me scratch my head a bit....seems like kind of a high number*
