This in my opinion is KHSAA problem. Hear me out, If you play week 0 , 1 scrimmage, week 1, 2 scrimmages. To get ready for a season when pads go on that puts many more reps on a scout team. When numbers are where they are for most teams, many reps come against freshmen. Many more injuries will and have happened. KHSAA wants us to think more scrimmages or controlled practices against other teams will have more injury. Not the facts.

Varsity vs scout team is not hazing, this is what I get from the article. Money stolen in locker room, again not hazing. It is called theft. I have a hard time with the firing of a coach from this, with the facts presented.

KHSAA should allow 1 controlled practice with another team every 7 days of practice when pads are on and 2 scrimmages, regardless when your first game is. This would limit the reps against scout. Look for more limitations from KHSAA.
