The most likely case is that Hillary will not be charged, but you would be wise to consider the likely source of this "expectation." Hillary's campaign is the most likely source, followed by the Obama Department of Justice - IMO. The purpose of the purported leaks would be to pressure the FBI to not recommend charges against Hillary to the Justice Department.

Instead of whining about the system being "rigged," based on rumors that might have emanated from Hillary's own campaign, he should have been constantly accusing Obama and Lynch running interference for Hillary to cover up her illegal acts. His whining is not applying any pressure on either the Obama administration or on Hillary Clinton.

Giving a nickname like "Crooked Hillary" to Clinton is weak. Trump should be rattling off her lies about her emails and illegal possession of classified material on an illegal server in her home. Trump should be constantly reminding voters that the laws Clinton broke do not require criminal intent - negligence will do. In fact, maybe nicknaming Hillary "Negligent Hillary" or "Incompetent Hillary" would have been a better moniker because everybody knows that she is crooked and it hammer home the fact that whether she is crooked or simply incompetent, she is not fit to be president.

Trump has been much more effective smearing his fellow Republicans than he has been at justly accusing Hillary of negligence, dishonesty, and deliberate disregard of federal laws that are intended to safeguard our national security. The fact that Trump has been so weak in his attacks on Hillary is only one of the reasons that I continue to distrust him.
