JC, champs of the 57th District, comes in with a record of 29-9.
SV, runners-up of the 59th District, comes in with a record of 18-16.
JC and SV have not played this season.
Shelby Valley's win yesterday was the first victory they've had in the 15th Region tournament in at least seventeen seasons (1999-2015). I'm not sure exactly what year SV was established and the KHSAA scoreboard only goes back to 1998.
