Remember guys that most young girls are stay backs an by the time they get into there soph year that have peaked. No matter how hard they work at it , because ,strength an size develop an if they don't get that then they top out.like the good shooter from Pcc she was great until the coaches watched film an she had a hard time getting open. An that's where her size an strengh play a big factory.

I agree, Ive seen it at several different places in last couple yrs. Jackson County had a monster Middle school team couple yrs ago but like you said almost all were holdbacks and had really topped out. Saw same thing at Stinnett in Leslie few yrs ago which I think included the left handed girl for Leslie mentioned in an earlier post.

I may sound like a homer but none of Owsley's girls are holdbacks. 2 best players are still 12 yrs old and in 7th grade. You will hear about them in the next few yrs.
