Two more points on this subject:

1. Incredible amount of hate being spewed by the left on Twitter toward Justice Scalia. If the shoe were on the other foot and say Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away, you wouldn't see but a small percentage of this type of hate. Not surprising though. Most of us know where most of the hate in this country comes from.

2. I hope Republicans in the Senate tackle the task of confirmation with the same enthusiasm the Dems tackled turning over info requested by Congress to get to the bottom of the IRS, Benghazi and Clinton server/email scandals. In fact, I would not set confirmation hearings at all until these issues that Dems have stonewalled forever are resolved. And I want to say in the strongest manner possible - let the liberals whine all they want. Let 'em suck on it.

I agree on both counts. Clarence Thomas was trending yesterday as many liberals celebrated Scalia's death and expressed their hopes that Thomas will be next.

Cruz has pledged to filibuster any Obama SC nominee that McConnell sends to the floor for a vote. I don't trust McConnell to resist his natural tendency to cave to Obama as the election approaches.
