Here are the teams that I think will make the region ranked according to their % to get in.
1) Pikeville
2) Lawrence Co.
3) South Floyd
4) Allen Central
5) Johnson Central
6) Mag. Co.
7) Belfry
8) East Ridge

Won't be surprised if Sheldon Clark is in the 5 or 6 spot depending on district opponent.
